We ship ActiveDim products to customers around the world, with tracking included so you can follow your order from dispatch to delivery.

Shipping Costs

All orders containing sunglasses qualify for FREE shipping.

For orders that do not contain sunglasses:

• Orders of $50 USD or more: FREE shipping

• Orders below $50 USD: $4.95 USD shipping

Your applicable shipping cost will always be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Times

We carefully prepare and ship every order as quickly as possible.

Our typical delivery time is 7–12 business days after your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally vary depending on your location, local carrier, customs processing, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Processing Times

We aim to ship orders the same business day whenever possible.

Orders placed outside business hours, during weekends, or on holidays will generally be processed and shipped on the next available business day.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order is on its way, we’ll send you an email containing your tracking number and tracking information.

Please allow a little time for the carrier to register the first tracking update after your order has been dispatched.

If your tracking information appears incorrect, hasn’t updated for an extended period, or you notice anything unusual, contact us at info@activedim.com and we’ll be happy to look into it for you.

Delays

While most orders arrive within the expected delivery window, occasional delays can happen during transit.

If your order is taking longer than expected or the tracking information isn’t clear, please contact us at info@activedim.com. We’ll check the shipment and work with you to get the issue resolved as quickly as possible.
